Replacement Policy

We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, in case of any issue, replacements will be provided under the following conditions:

An unboxing video is mandatory to request any replacement.

Replacements are applicable only if:

  • The product received is damaged, or
  • The wrong product has been sent.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Only replacements will be provided if eligible under the replacement policy above.

Important Notes

  • Please record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
  • Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Customized orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
