Replacement Policy
We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, in case of any issue, replacements will be provided under the following conditions:
An unboxing video is mandatory to request any replacement.
Replacements are applicable only if:
- The product received is damaged, or
- The wrong product has been sent.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Only replacements will be provided if eligible under the replacement policy above.
Important Notes
- Please record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
- Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Customized orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
