Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays or failed deliveries.

Return-to-Origin (RTO) & Additional Shipping Charges

Please make sure all shipping details provided are complete and accurate.

We will not be liable for any additional shipping charges if the parcel is returned due to customer-related issues such as:

• Incomplete or incorrect address
• Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
• Calls from the delivery partner not answered
• Delivery repeatedly rejected or missed
• Incorrect contact details provided
• Any other issue caused from the customer’s side

In such cases, customers will be required to pay the re-shipping charges to resend the parcel.
